Imru Al Qays Talha Jebril, is the Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner of A&K Advisors. Expert consultant in public policy, research, project evaluation, governance and blockchain. Imru Al Qays has worked at the highest levels of Moroccan government, providing advice in policy & foresight. He has also worked as an independent researcher giving expert advice on policy design especially on the topic of Open Governance. A specialist in field research, large qualitative and quantitative data analysis and a capacity builder in policy analysis, entrepreneurship, investing and financial literacy. 

Aicha Del-lero, is the Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner of A&K Advisors. Aicha is a versatile expert, possesses a diverse skillset encompassing project management, gender diversity management, evaluation, and international consultancy. With a proven track record in coordinating and managing international projects, Aicha is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. Her expertise in evaluation, coupled with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, enables her to drive significant impact across various projects and initiatives.

Zineb Miloudi, is a Project Manager at A&K Advisors. An accomplished SAP FICO consultant, she specializes in impactful projects within the development sector, often supported by international donors. Zineb's expertise encompasses administrative and financial management, project leadership, budgeting, and client relationship management. She excels in conducting thorough business environment analysis and project coordination for positive outcomes. Her proactive problem-solving abilities, multilingual fluency, and software proficiency make her a versatile and invaluable team member.

Kaouthar EL Hamdi, recently joined A&K Advisors to run communication and social media operations. She specializes in social media management and content amplification, messaging, media, and press relations. She has an overall 3 years’ experience working with Moroccan news media, and working with Moroccan businesses on amplifying impact through communication tools. Kaouthar also worked with international and local civil society organizations on impactful communication strategies to promote youth and civic engagement programs. Kaouthar is passionate about impactful and purpose driven communication operations.
