Co-Founder and Associate Managing Director of A&K Advisors, with over 12 years of international experience in gender, evaluation, capacity building, and development programming. Her work covers project evaluations, gender audits, youth employability, diversity and inclusion strategies, and large-scale training, including 25+ sessions reaching more than 1,000 participants. Her profile is shaped by leadership roles with IFC in the Maghreb, GIZ in Morocco, ITC/United Nations projects across Senegal, Iraq, and the Caribbean, and FAO fieldwork on gender and climate in Morocco and Ecuador.

Zineb Miloudi

Knowledge and Evaluation Lead at A&K Advisors, with a background in audit and management control, SAP FICO consulting experience, and training in monitoring, evaluation, and gender inclusion. Her work covers evaluation design, field research, gender diagnostics, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, strategic briefs, and methodological tools. She brings structure and analytical discipline to A&K’s research and evaluation work, with a clear ability to connect operational detail, field evidence, and client-facing recommendations.

Strategic Communication Lead at A&K Advisors, bringing over a decade of experience in institutional communication, digital strategy, media relations, brand positioning, and public engagement. Her qualifications include strategic communication leadership, campaign design, multimedia production, business development support, and communication systems-building. With experience across UNESCO, UN Women, USAID-funded programming, and private-sector brand management, she brings a rare mix of institutional discipline, creative direction, and execution standards to A&K’s visibility and client-facing communication work.
